In CS5 the only difference is added features, they never usually make drastic changes to the interface.
And to answer Eiomaru's question, yes CS5 does come with the iPhone app dev tools BUT! Shortly before CS5's release Apple made several changes to their app submission policy that effectively bans apps created using these tools. In response, Adobe stopped advertising this as a new feature for CS5, however they are still included. :\
