I'm just going to agree w/ Tyler. Video Copilot is awesome. They've made a lot of cool presets that I think would be cool when mixing w/ flash.

Unrelated to flash (well perhaps it could be, I don't know), a really great site for learning after effects is videocopilot.c om. They have everything from particles, title screens to explosions, lighting and so much shit.
