The problem is you submitted during Madness Day (more like Madness Week amirite?) Flashes that would probably get a weekly 1st in November or February are lucky to top 4.0 around Madness day.

And here's why. Everyone and their dog submits flash on Madness Day, and unless they are Krink, Tom Fulp, or a couple others, they have to knock it out of the park. People compare your video to what is out within a very short window. The stuff I would have written epic poems about ten years ago would probably garner a wtf from me now, and a middling Madness video looks bad compared to it's awesome competition.

Yeah, I thought this was better than Dusk because Day and Dawn both were much better so it was kind of a let down and wow run on sentence I know. However, Xionic is still my favorite because it had very unique weapons, enemies and kills. The dialogue sucked tho.

Don't worry about the score, it should really only matter to you and your friends to watch it. So dont be a sellout, that's really the only way you can be known on Newgrounds is if you're a sellout.

This reminds me of the assholes who give 0-5 scores on a submission just because it's a video file rather than rating on the actual quality. By the way, I agree with you on Xionic Madness 3 and Sixgun Space was pretty bad ass!
