I knew a guy that used one of those globes that cover cameras in stores for a Big Daddy head, that might be what you're looking for. It might be a little too big for this, though that's the best I can think of.

Wear a torn up Spider-Man mask.
I really don't have any clue on where to get that sort of one-way mirror helmet stuff, but I must praise your valiant efforts to recreate of the silliest looking bad guys.
maybe consider making the dome out of a metal mesh? that way you could spray it a nice reflective chrome that would look like glass from a certain distance. and still be able to breathe

I know the costume itself is crap, but read the comments for info on the globe.
Took one google search.
thats not bad - - but a glass sphere seems...too much
I have cobra commander mask that achieves the mirror face plate flawlessly - and its just cheap plastic ...if I could just figure a way to do that...oh well -
The first thing any Mysterio cosplayer needs to do is really work on abs.
It was my understanding that one way mirror film could be purchased in rolls to be applied (typically to windows). This explains the Cobra Commander mask. Does that mean you use the same one Angry Joe does?
From that point it's just a matter of finding a breathable plastic globe and applying the one way mirror film. Although I have a feeling the spherical nature of the... sphere, will make it a pain in the ass to apply.
Eh. Have a BALL! Get it? Because-
yeah man - at the moment - i think the one way mirror film, applied to a clear plastic globe would be my best bet

im thinkin like a custom bowl shaped one way mirror?
