so i saw a friend of mine playing that "league of legends" game today and it actually looked cool!
so i tried to download it and OF COURSE the mac cant play it......
im curious - - does anyone know any other fun fantasy style games kinda rpg-ish? (that will actually play on a mac?)
if so, let me know!..because i'm really bored in my web design class....
also i've been listening to a lot of the music from the movie "The Social Network" its pretty fuckin sweet if you havent seen the movie.
League of Legends.. pff. So many things I actually hate at that game, the basics are terrible, the strategy RPG itself is terrible, as it's based on "Hit 'n' run"..
Time wasting and joy breaking, meh..
Dude The Social Network soundtrack has become like my game programming anthem lately. I feel like I'm doing all sorts of groundbreaking work, except rather than making a billion dollar company I'm making a flash game...

it takes a while to install but when you do, its free wow! try it!
Mac come with a program called bootcamp, which partions your hard drive so you can install windows. After that you just have to hold alt when you turn on your comp to pick windows or mac. It's pretty straight forward.

LoL is quite the fun game...
League of Legends is a good game not for me but its good, and The Social Network soundtrack is amazing, you should listen to Trent's album Ghosts I-IV from his band NIN great album 2 songs are remixes from that album.

Had almost the same thing. I spent about 3 days deciding whether or not to get Dragon Age 1, then after finally deciding to get it, I realize it's not playable on Mac :((

I don't have a Mac, nor am I an expert in the subject, but I do know you can play League of Legends on Mac.
The client is still in beta phase, but I heard the actual game works fine. Check their forums:
