What's up all - -

I feel like i've been a shitty Newgrounds citizen as of recent - there is a reason for that - -

For the past chunk of time I have been breaking my back trying to find a job after graduating, and I've lined something up! and its quite an awesome position doing some motion graphics and social media stuff , which I am extremely excited and lucky to have gotten! (partially thanks to an demo reel i assembled of my work at Newgrounds!)

Because I have been dedicating so much time to this job search I haven't had the time to be as involved as I'd like to be here - - but hopefully after this week of getting acclimated into my new office setting I can start getting back to my old tricks.

So i'll see you all soon - - and some of you for REALZ at comic-con

Congratulations man, getting a job is fucking difficult these days. I graduated almost a year ago and only have a crappy part time job as a mailman. Only 3 or 4 people from of my class have jobs that actually involve graphic design.

yikes! only 3 or 4 people huh?.....but yeah man...all of us here at NGs can definitely agree, it's tough trying to make a living as any form of artist - be it voice work, musician, artist or whatever!

The talent in this community is amazing though so i hope everyone here can make a living out of their art at some point
